Dear Son’Spot Family,
Praise the Lord and blessings in Jesus’ name. The Lord is changing lives and we are anticipating a great outpouring as we approach the 45th summer of ministry through The Son’Spot. Please pray with us for God’s presence and anointing to accomplish His plans through us this summer. Jesus said that He only did and said what His Father told him to do and say. That is our heart’s desire. It’s ALL about HIM.
Currently we meet Thursday and Saturday evenings at 7pm for Bible, prayer, and fellowship. On Sunday mornings at 10am we gather for worship, ministry, and fellowship. We also have an outreach meal on Thursdays at 5pm and we deliver food bags each week to people’s homes.
Starting June 2 we will gather everyday (except Wednesday) at 10am for sharing the Word and prayer, then complete work projects, and at 5pm go on the boardwalk for outreach ministry. We gather again at 8pm for Bible, prayer, and fellowship, and at 9pm worship with music and song (Tuesdays are Game Nights). Additionally, the food outreach ministry includes dinner on Thursdays at 5:30pm, and breakfast on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays at 7:30am. Each week we also continue to deliver food bags to various homes. We meet on Sunday mornings from 10am to noon. You can listen to some of the worship nights and the Sunday meetings at SonSpot.org .

“Points that I can highlight from this weekend: Sin can’t control me; We are all agents!; We have gadgets to use! For example grappling hook, earpiece, two edged sword; Grace is tailor fitted!”
“God has confirmed a few different things that He has placed on my heart. 2 Corinthians 12:9, His grace is sufficient for me. Psalm 51, Have joy no matter the circumstances. Use the gift God has given to you.”
“I wrote down a lot of action items: 1) Let God’s Word teach you who you really are. 2) Get to know the Chief Cornerstone. 3) Get off of your own stuff. 4) Shut your mouth until you know what to say. 5) Respect your husband, everyday tell him something good about him. 6) Let God change YOU. 7) Pray in the Spirit.”

The scripture tells us to go into all the world and preach the Gospel. People from many countries will come into The Son’Spot this summer. We greet them, share Jesus with them, and encourage them. Please pray with us for the Lord to have His way in using The Son’Spot and us in Ocean City.
Thank you for your needed prayerful and financial support of what God is doing through this missionary outreach. We don’t take you for granted and appreciate you very much. During last summer the necessary expenses exceeded the donations. By the end of the year all the expenses were paid in full. The total ministry expenses for 2024 were $110,489. We give God all the glory! We pray for the substance of God and His anointing and presence in your life. Jesus Is Lord!
