Dear Son’Spot Family, Praise the Lord. It is a blessing and privilege to be in God’s presence and to see Him manifest. That’s our desire each time we meet, to invite the Lord’s presence and for His Holy Spirit to manifest through us however He wants. We meet Thursday and Saturday evenings at 7pm for Bible, prayer, and fellowship. On Sunday mornings at 10am we gather for worship, ministry, and fellowship. We also have an outreach meal on Thursdays at 5pm and we deliver food bags each week to about forty families. Our purpose in all activities is to lift up the name of Jesus. (John 12:32) God continues to change lives, one soul at a time. Praise the Lord!
Dear Son’Spot Family, “For God loved the world so much that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him may not die but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to be its judge, but to be its savior.” These verses from John 3:16-17 are the simple Gospel message that is shared during the Christmas season and all year round at The Son’Spot. We currently meet Thursday and Saturday evenings at 7pm for Bible and fellowship, and a Sunday morning gathering at 10am. We also have a free outreach meal on Thursdays at 5pm and we deliver food bags to homes each week. At each meeting we thank the Lord for His presence and invite His Holy Spirit to minister as He desires. Each week God draws people to The Son’Spot, one by one, who are in need of His presence, Word, healing, or fellowship. God is changing lives. Praise the Lord!
Dear Son’Spot Family,
Praise the Lord! God is in the life changing business. It is our privilege to witness His works each day. In 1 Corinthians 3:7, the Bible says, “The one who plants and the one who waters really do not matter. It is God who matters, because He makes the plant grow, He gives the increase.” Many have received from the Lord through Bible teaching, worship, food outreach, and boardwalk outreach. Most weeks several have received Jesus into their heart. Praise the Lord! We give God all the glory. This is our 42nd year of ministry, one soul at a time.
We gather everyday (except Wednesday) at 10am for sharing the Word and prayer, then complete work projects, and at 5pm go on the boardwalk for outreach ministry. We gather again at 8pm for Bible, prayer, worship, and fellowship. (Tuesdays are Game & Improve English Nights). Additionally, the food outreach ministry includes dinner on Thursdays at 5:30pm, and breakfast on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays at 7:30am. Each week we also deliver food bags to area homes. We meet on Sunday mornings from 10am to noon. You can listen to some of the worship nights and the Sunday meetings at SonSpot.org
